Another group of foods that are effective wrinkle remedies are the fatty fish group. My favorite among these are salmon and tuna. They are high in omega 3 fatty acids which are essential in maintaining good skin health.
Any diet that contains the above foods will help prevent wrinkles.
My Skincare Philosophy
I strongly believe that whatever you apply on Your Skin should not only be effective but also pure enough to eat.
This is because the lotion you use is absored by your skin and it ends up in your blood stream just like the foods mentioned above.
With this in mind, it is just as important to avoid skincare products that contain harmful ingredients.
The best and most effective natural ingredients you should look out for in any lotion or cream are Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame.
